Placing an Order

How will I know that my order was successfully placed? You will receive a confirmation email from the Fronius USA Demo Shop. Once your order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number for your package.

What does “demo” equipment mean?

The equipment sold on this site has been previously used, the items are from our demo stock. The pictures shown are of the actual equipment you will be purchasing, if any items show more than standard wear and tear it will be noted in the description. The items have been thoroughly tested and come with a 6 month warranty.

How do I ensure my Welding system will have the correct consumables for my application?

After your order is received you will be contacted requesting your wire type and size for the initial consumable set up.

 Which credit cards can I use to place an order? We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Is it possible to return a product? Product can be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned goods require the written authorization from Fronius USA prior to return. Equipment must be in the original condition it was received in. 

Prior to returning a product, please send us an email with your order number to onlinesales.usa@fronius.com.  Please do not send a package back until you have received an RGA# (return goods authorization). Please visit our Refund Page for our full policy.

Shipping

We do not ship on weekends or major holidays. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. If an order is placed with a PO Box address, your order will be cancelled.

Shipping Charges – Complete Demo Packages ship free, all other packages are based on shipping destination.  $75 Liftgate service required for residential package deliveries.

Do you ship to my country? We only ship within the United States. 

How will I know when my order has been shipped? You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. Welding Package orders typically ship within 5 business days. Accessory orders typically ship within 2 days.

How can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain a tracking number from the carrier that we have utilized to ship your package.

There is a problem with my shipment/my order never arrived, what should I do? If you experience any problems with your order, or have any questions please contact customer service at onlinesales.usa@fronius.com.

Privacy Policy

What is your privacy policy? When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
